We want an open culture, and as a complement to our daily dialogue about any critical issues and violations, we have set up a Whistleblower Arrangement.
The Whistleblower Arrangement includes all Beyond ONE Group companies and external partners. The Whistleblower Arrangement can be used in cases where there is a need for prompt, confidential and - if desired - anonymous reporting of illegalities, fraudulent behaviour, and inappropriate attitudes at the workplace.
The Whistleblower Arrangement is handled by an external law firm. The reports are sent via an independent channel, after which the law firm assesses who in the Beyond ONE Group can handle the case under a duty of confidentiality, follow up on the report and provide contact and feedback to the complainant.
